Amenities near Bannerghatta Road
Q: Hi I am new to Bangalore and wanted to buy an apartment in Raja Aristos, how is this area ? in-terms of water, safety, school and other important amenities. Is this a prime location in Bangalore? Anyone in an around the area can help me with there valuable information.

Bannerghatta road is one of the most prime areas in bangalore, it consists of many mnc companies(honeywell, hsbc, bosch, accenture, etc..) as well as big hospitals like fortis. On the way it also has IIM Bangalore, one of the prestigious college in India. Recently bannerghatta road has come up with Meenakshi mall, one of the happening place around the area. Which Home Loan service to go for ?
Q: I have tried checking out many home loan provider to get the best home loan deal. I'm very much confused which one to go for ? Is getting home loan from the builder a better option or banks offering lower interest rate is a better option. So many 3rd party sites are also offering staggering rates are those realistic offers ? suggestion needed.
