I think the best thing about the Nallagandla locality is that there are no major civic issues in this area like waste disposal and water scarcity in this area as well. The power in this area is also really good. There are some good lakes in the surrounding as well. For under construction flats it’s very common for the builder to give possession of the flat once it’s occupation ready. But the amenities (if any) are given after long gap and hassles. Hey I think one of tha major issues in the city of Hyderabad is water scarcity. As many people are moving to the city, there is a huge water scarcity at every prime locality. I am sure you dont want a water problem near your place. I think Uppal, L B Nagar and Banjara Hills are some of the localities hwere there is an acute water scarciity.

The Khairatabad Railway station and the Lakdi Ka Pul Railway station are also nearby and although there are many trains that stop in here, you can get a lot of local trains from here as well. As far as the pricing for the apartments go, the 2 BHK apartments cost between Rs 36 lakh to Rs 43 lakh, while the 3 apartment is priced at Rs 50 lakh to Rs 75 lakh. As part of its commitment to make Hyderabad a world-class metropolis, i came to know that the Telangana government has proposed about Rs 2, 000 crore for the GHMC, HMWSSB and Metro Rail in its budget for 2015-16.

I travel from that route on a daily basis ypp, and I agree with you.. The traffic in here is getting ridiculously high day by day, But I have heard that the Governmentis planning for five multi-level flyovers near KBR Park since six different roads meet at Jubilee Hills check post.
