I have seen that now a days both buyers and developers are focusing on areas outskirt Bangalore. What is the reason behind that any idea?
Devanahalli is preferred because it directly faces the National Highway 7, connecting Bengaluru to Hyderabad. The presence of Bangalore International Airport has a huge impact in this locality. Q: I want to know how an apartment's final price is fixed.

Apartments are mainly prices area wise and according to the area the price per sq ft increases!..:) that is my understanding... and then the add on charges for the registration parking and other amenities etc. I recently visited few apartments as i was planning to buy one and most of them are over priced when they have aminities even apartments in the same area are of different price range!!.. But there was this one apartment which seemed really nice and worth the money in white field!!.. fortius Waterscape the builder is new but they have really good apartments.
If I am not wrong then this is their first ever project.... Do you really think that it will be a good idea to buy or invest in this project?

Areas little far away from the city are developing and coming up with more reputed firms. Especially those areas near airport are developing at a fast pace. I agree with you Swati and Bhaskaran. But now the situation has been changed and BBMP has taken few steps to resolve the issues and people are living here happily now.
