Q: I'm looking for a general opinion on "DSR Infra Pvt Ltd" from ppl who have invested in their other projects all around Bangalore. What's the construction quality like? Do they stick to schedule? Legal issues (if any)? I would also like to know if anybody has solicited legal opinion on the land title, land-builder agreement, and other statutory documents pertaining to DSR Woodwinds. Yes I have seen the project and even inquired about the same. Pride Picassa is a 11 storey stand alone Tower and one of the tallest in the vicinity. There are only 22 limited edition super luxury residential suites. The project offers only 4 bhk apartments and two suites per floor. The project is almost completed, only the interiors are left out. Pride Picassa are located just off the ritzy 100 Feet Road in Indiranagar, one of the Garden City’s most sought-after and expensive real estate neighborhoods.
Good to know that you are also interested in this project. Has the project got all the approvals and what are the sizes? What are the amenities and are there apartments available for sale?

May be the prices are little high but they are giving advantages like Multiple Private Gardens, Study Room, G+2 Structure, Double car park and 4 BHK Villas. What else do you want?
The price band of villas in this project falls in the bracket of Rs. 1.4 – 1.7 Crores and the size of the villas ranges from 2600 – 3048 Sqft.

Hi Kaushik, It is very difficult to get hold of numbers when it worries the real estate sector in India. The one genuine set of numbers that are extend every month is related to the total amount of lending carried out by scheduled commercial banks to the real estate sector in India.
Do builders really need banks for lending? I don't think so..... If possible, then do the audit of all existing builders. I don't think that the rates would come down anytime soon. Black money collected over last many years and through alleged tournaments and vast infrastructure projects across country is anyway rotating across real estate and that is helping builders in holding onto the apartments.

SSVR Tridex is an ongoing project by SSVR Builders and the project is expected to be completed by end 2017. Currently the rate per sqft going on here is Rs 3400.

Hello Gopi, Icon Homes by Icon Homz located at Sarjapur, Bangalore is a ready-to-move-in project. It is offering 3 BHK villas in 1600 sqft. and its per sqft rate is Rs.4350 per sqft. A 3 BHK villas will cost you Rs.69.60 Lakhs onward. Stamp Duty and Registration Charge extra.
Very good project to buy your dream home and I have heard that the builder is providing top-notch specifications. The project has got all the necessary approval from all the leading banks and is close to MNC's in Electronic City. But still, i will suggest you do all your due diligence before buying properties anywhere in India. If you are going to an under construction property then must ask for the RERA Registration number.

Thanks for the detail information Lakshya. When is the expected date of possession and which local body and financial institutions have approved it? I hear that many buyers who have booked their unit in this project are crying due to low ceiling heights and construction quality. As per them, Ceiling height comes only 8 feet 7-inch after tiling. In the bathroom, height will be 8 feet only. many buyers had the similar experience with Rohan Avriti.
