This project is not at all worth living, I lived there on Rent, and its the most annoying society i have ever seen. Owner was not at all reasonable and association was intolerable. I would suggest there are plenty of other better projects than this to look for.

My comments to replies
This is one of the worst project. The possession of flats were supposed to be given by May 2014 and since then there is regular delay. It has been more than year and still there is no concrete answers from the builders as to when the flat will be handed. The response by the builder is also very bad. Every 2-3 months there representative keeps changing and then you will have to talk to new representative the whole problem. The current work progress is very slow and there is hardly any work going on. The facade is still incomplete and the High Crane has been removed from the site so I doubt at what rate they will finish the work. So if you looking for something nice i will suggest you to look into some other property and not to waste your hard earn money here.
Mantri is one of the reputed developer's in the real estate industry then what is the reason that they are taking so much to complete this project.

Q: I am currently staying at aahika apartments, bannerghatta road. The maintenance there is pathetic. No maintenance staff present at all. My owner has paid the full maintenance charges for one year, and this is causing the builder to take things lightly. My owner is asking me to pay the maintenance since he has already paid it. I dont want to pay since there is no maintenance at the project at all. Actually you are absolutely right finding an affordable housing is really difficult. But you can check out localities like Sarjapur Road, Hosur Road, Mysore Road and Hoskote are areas with fresh stock of affordable residential housing.

Yeah even I heard that developer like DSR Infrastructure is giving the benefit of moulding your own house. For example you want a particular kind of layout, fixtures, tiling and furnishing, you could mark your choice early on in the construction; say within a year of construction. Customisation also includes some bit of automation and depending upon your budget. :) :)
Thats a good initiative taken by the builder but there are few areas in Bangalore were traffic is a huge problem.....So will home buyers will be ready to pay for customization

Yes, there are lots of negative feedback against this developer and its projects. After reading various negative comments in various forum sites, I had changed my mind and went for another option in the same locality and affordable rate. They are totally unethical in their interactions and it is disappointing to a transaction with them. Hello Sailendra, There is a legal issue in the Mahaveer properties Zephyr and the court case is in progress from past 2.3 years. The builder is lying for giving possession by next year but it will take at least 1 more year after the case is resolved and if it is in favor of builder. if the case is not in favor then god know about your hard earned money. Anyways builder reputation is not good due to average quality and too much of deviation in the plan approved by BBMP.
Hi Sailendra, I will suggest you not to go with such project which has a legal issue. Your hard earned money will be stuck. Still, they did not hand over the possession of Zephyr. Go for ready-to-move-in projects nearby. At least, you will get what you will see and you will get all cleared papers.

My broker is saying that I need to pay the property tax and the previous owner can't pay the property tax as it is not registered.
