It is good to purchase because the EC Phase 1 and Ananth Nagar is about to get almost occupied majorly with single buildings, hence, once you visit the site, you will see that all major builders & investors like Concord etc have started moving towards this area which in turn will give good return values. I will also recommend you to book it on a faster note (if you plan so) because the property rates on this area will increase from 1st November based on government's notice.
They will give the possession by the end of March 2015 and it is mentioned in the agreement that if they don't do so, they will be paying 10,000rs monthly as penalty to the buyers. I found it good to go and hence I booked it yesterday itself
