Still builder does not have BBMP approval and they are committing to complete feb 2016 and providing CC & OC.
Is someone booked there or planning to book? As per Garuda salesperson(Himanshu),there are very few apartments are left.
I also booked one flat there with booking amount of 2lakh but still we dint received any documents for verification as they are saying its BBMP approval is pending and it will clear before 15 Jan 2015.

As per my knowledge, the price of a 2 bhk will be around Rs 44 lakhs and the project is spread over 11 acres of land. Are you sure that this project has been launched? I don't think that this project has been launched or it will be on hold. Because, i did a research work on it but no information found. I also visited them few months back and they were so rude and not ready to answer our questions, Never trust these guys, Requesting all the unsatisfied customers to consider Habitat ventures and by doing so you will undrstand the true meaning of professionalism and the project is much better than this crappy brigade.

Hi Swapna, Water issue is everywhere in Bangalore city and during summers people have to depend on tankers as well.
