Q: i am planning to buy an apartment in dehradun, here most of the project have only one lift in one tower.this make me worry to take a high floor apartment. How is setai builder rock valley residency project? They have recently added two bhk in their project please advice.

Hi sundeep, Mutation of property is Know as Dakhil Khariz. It is a necessary document required for changing of title ownership from one person to another when the property is sold or transferred. By Dakhil Khariz, the new property owner gets the property recorded on his name in the land revenue department and the government is able to charge property tax from the rightful owner. It should be taken every six months from the revenue dept. in order to check for any wrongful transaction on the property.
some people say it is only rquired in cases of land not in cases of apaprtment flats as there is no land in name of flat owner please clarify
