Criminals infesting the complex !
Q: The car washing service and milk delivery service is held by a local goon/ criminal who takes money from residents but doesnt provide service half the time. He threatens and beats up any other vendor offering the same service, so that he gets monopoly. He also threatens any resident if they try to protest. So, think twice if you are planning to rent/buy flat to stay here, or in the adjoining buildings

Pedestrian path from ORR ?
Q: Is there a walkable path to the Brigade metropolis complex from the Mahadevapura Outer Ring Road ? From the master plan I can see a back entrance marked as pedestrian entry. Not sure if there is actually a road/path leading from that gate to anywhere

Latest Answer: Hi Shailendra, As far as I know there is only one entrance to Brigade Metropolis. If at all there was a back entrance to the project, they might have locked it as it required one more security person and which will again increase the maintenance cost.

Is there airplane noise in this township ? from the map it seems to be right in the flight path

Latest Answer: Airports typically act as triggers of development in any metropolis. Mumbai for example- Vile parle, Santa cruz neighbourhoods are the prime real estates. In NCR- Gurgaon and Vasant kunj are classic examples. Yes noice would be an issue but the real estate price appreciation would outweigh the minor irritants.
