from me experience in tring to rent and buy a flat in last months, I can say there is good demand for 2BHK flats. Wherever I tried to rent a 2BHK I was told its just been rented off, same story when trying to buy apartments - the 2BHKs sell out first. The advantage of 2BHK apt. in a large complex is that for a relatively small price (either rent or sale) you can enjoy the common facilities and ameneties of the complex.
