The most kind of property that you will find there are individual houses. Plots are also available in abundant. But I dont think any apartment project has come up here.

Latest Answer: Hey I have heard that this project not only has apartments, but is also giving independent houses and residential plots for sale as well. Its an entire township that is coming up and apart from that, they have the newly proposed IDA road that is passing right through the township

Latest Answer: I wont say there are no PUPs, some provisions are there for that, but its definitely not adequate. And forget the pedestrian underpass, the vehicle underpasses are also missing. You'll have to take a round of almost 4 km! Imagine that!.

Latest Answer: Theres a 2 bhk for sale right now if you're interested. Costs 29 lacs. You should def get in touch with the property owner and talk to her about it. Btw, are you only looking at gated communities and luxury apartments? If not you'll still be able to find 2 bhks quite easily. There are many. They also have row houses which look really good and I'm sure the interiors are even better. Good option!

Q: Been wanting to get a house at Singapore Green View homes in Talawali Chanda, does anyone know when the houses become available ?
Latest Answer: You want only houses or apartments are also fine? Sarthak builders have another project for Singapore Green View apartments that has been ready to occupy since Feb. If you want more space then you should take the houses but the flats seem quite spacious enough. Sq.ft for 1 bhk and 2 bhk flats is between 600 to 800. Row houses have a sq.ft between 1000 to 1200.

Q: Hey isnt there some serious encroachment issues around the Songir Lake in Hatod? What is being done about that? I’ll be moving in to this area soon, I don’t want any problems.
Latest Answer: Yes you’re right, even I’ve seen this happening in Songir. Looks like the anti-encroachment drive carried out by the Indore authorities in the month of January didn’t help all that much, because even today we see such problems recurring here and there. Hatod is the biggest example. I think its because this locality is slightly on the outskirts of Indore. The people who are most affected by this problem have actually come up with a very good idea to prevent this from happening. They have suggested planting trees around the lake so that there is no space at all for these miscreants to encroach upon.

Q: I know that Indore faces bad water shortage but are there plans of using the Choral river as a solution? Is the dam going to be constructed in Mhow?
Latest Answer: The Narmada water project is way more expensive when you sit down and do do the math. The mayor feels that Indore is too heavily dependent on the Narmada river and we all know how much that is true. Every time some Narmada pipeline bursts, no water supply for days. When there is pollution, we get sewage in our drinking water. And sometimes just no water at all. At least the Choral river is brought to Indore by gravitational force and doesn't need to be pumped. Because of this the proposed 180 mld of water from Choral will cost Rs 12/1000 litres and the 360 mld from Narmada costs rs 32/1000 liters. And totally, Narmada project is costing 673 crores as opposed to 260 crores of Choral project. Definitely we need this project for the entire city!

Latest Answer: Yes, the Corridor Exotica is really good. Newly built and fully integrated, it is actually one of the nicest places in this area. If you were to buy an apartment, you can take possession by june 2014. It obviously has all the necessary facilities, and I think you will find it to suit your needs. The only probable discomfort would be that older people would find it difficult to commute up and down if you are on a higher floor, even though there is an elevator. Apart from that, it is quite good.

It might help you in making a decision about your budget. The row houses available under this project are all 2bhks, and they vary between an area size of 760 square feet and 1000 square feet. The square foot price rate for all the houses are the same – Rs 1600 psf. So the smallest row house will cost you Rs 12.16 lacs and the largest one will cost you Rs 16 lacs only.

Latest Answer: The IDA is carrying on rapid land acquisition in this area for construction of a road connecting the Chhawani Bridge to Madhumilan Crossing. This land acquisition policy of the IDA has led to demolitions of several encroachments. The residents have been protesting against the demolitions so there are some issues regarding the completion date of this project. But once it is done then I think there will be sudden increase in real estate price around Chhawani and Madhumilan. So if you’re planning on buying property in this area then you should do it before the project is completed.

Q: Hey I recently came across the Shri Royal Town project in Indore. Are there houses under this project, or is it just plots? Can anyone give me full details about this project? I'm thinking of buying a home for my retired parents.
Latest Answer: Hey, I think it’s a good idea to buy a rowhouse for your parents. These rowhouses are almost like villas, only smaller and closer to each other. I think that is a good thing with your parents living all alone. A smaller house will be easier for them to maintain. I think a 2bhk will be better for them, they can have some extra room, for when guests come over. Being located in Mhow, this property has clubhouse facilities as well as a shopping mall, within the property premises. There is a bus stop within the project premises, where you can get buses for the rest of the city.
