Also whatever water we get is pretty unhygienic. Many times we get very dirty and polluted water. We have to be careful with the water we drink and even though this is supposed to come from Osman Sagar, its still no good. Not enough and poor quality. The price in Shadnagar saw a very high increase in 2009, when I think the price was the highest during the OCtober December time when it was almost 1,35,443 per sq yard for Upper Range plots and for the mid range plots, the price was around rs 48,717 per sq yard. This residential complex is well located. It is close to IT companies, malls, department stores, and hospitals. The locality is also nice. It has lot of good schools and hospitals. Property demand here is quite high actually. And property here is cheaper than places like Gachibowli and Hi tech city where it costs atleast 1000 bucks more per sq. ft. Hello :) I've heard of this project from a friend. Even he was considering investing here. He is mainly doing so because road connectivity is very good. Now it's quite cool because there's such a thing as a 'contractor clause'. Contractors have to sign the agreement for a period of 5 yyears. The main reason for this is that the CM wants to bring in fresh foreign investments into Hyderabad. Yes the internal road situation is very bad. All that needs to be done is for a 2 to 3 km road to be built from Manikonda - Puppalaguda to the ORR. This will make things soo much easier. There are so many internal roads that have to be rectified this way. This will take 2 to 3 years time but hopefully it will definitely happen. It is much needed. Hi, I live in Bowenpally and the Pratyush Arcade is a good place to live. They have homely apartments, and the area is also very good . It is only 15 minutes to Secunderabad and the NH 7 is also close by. Many good schools like st.andrews and bhavans are also in close proximity. So, it makes a complete package! Bandalaguda was recently mergerd into the Hyderabad Metro and so the development in this area is still going on. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is just 14 kms from here and can be reaches via the ring road in just under 30 mins. And the gachibowli IT hub is also just 10 kms away from here. See, if you want to invest in Madinaguda, then this is the best time to do so.. If this is the case then the L & T people will have to change the entire plan and alignment of the metro rail in these areas. Heyy, You heard it right! The Telangana Government recently announced its plans to build the world's tallest tower and a few other sky scrapers in the city. This can be a very good thing for the city's tourism and is another feather in Hyderabad's cap. :)
Yes! The proposed location for the tower is in the Sanjeevaiah Park . This park overlooks the Hussain Sagar and there couldnt have been a better location for it. Also, a few other skyscrapers are said to come up near that area itself. Apparently, first the sky scrapers will be built at around 40 location around the lake in about 100 acres. And then the construction for the tower is supposed to start.

The NTR stadium has been lying unused since a long time now. No major sporting events take place there anymore. Only public events like Handloom expos and exhibitions are held over there and sometime it is rented to public to use for private events. For the exact location of the Ramky One Paradise which is presently under construction, it is located in Gajularamaram Road in Kukatpally, in a residential locality only. They have four blocks and each apartment has 10 floors each. Siri Signature is one of the upcoming residential properties that is about to be available for possession in december 2014. It is from the property builders named Sahiti Constructions and they are providing 2 bhk as well as 3 bhk apartments in affordable luxury category.
yeah, i've also heard about this project. when i enquired got to know that the per square feet area for the 2 bhk is 1075 square feet and can go up to 1165 square feet. The 3 bhk has a base area of 1365 square feet and can go up to 1740 square feet.

hi, i think NVR Arcade has 3 bhk apartments only. It comes in the affordable luxury kind of apartments. The price of the flats range from 60.99 lakhs and can go up to rs. 75.62 lakhs. The minimum area is 1605 square feet and the maximum area available is 1990 square feet.
Is it? that's really an 'okay' thing. I got a news that this apartment project is going to open for possession only on september 2015, so immediate possession is not possible. The project is actually undertaken by the Srigdha Infra Projects.

I think it's a value for money investment in Bliss Meadows, as they are giving the flats for possession in not much delay. I think it will be available for possession after November 2015. They also give a good area ratio and design with flats from 975 square feet till 1865 square feet.
that would be interesting, really...came to know that they are giving some good facilities in there like the tag they have of being a GHMC approved branded gated community with 160 residents etc. Some other things that got my attention was the wooden flooring in the master suite as well as the Jaguar premium bath fittings and all. i think you should even though check out other facilities also.

Hey another interesting thing about khairatabad is the ganesh utsav that is  held here every year. This pandal has the biggest and the tallest Ganesh idol in the world during the ganesh chaturthi every year! And it is quite famous! Many people throng here during the festival to see this idol. Hey but there is a severe shortage of water and when summer come, there is absolutely no water in this area at all! The surroundings are very densely populated and that is why this is happening. Umm, I am not too sure about Chanda Nagar. There have been many complaints in the past about robberies that take place in these localities. Although the Chanda Nagar police station is pretty near by and they are on constant watch out... But still residents in this area complain about the robberies. Hey Hydernagar falls on the Nation Highway number 9, that leads to Mumbai. So there has been recent development in this area due to its proximity to the highway. Not many buses go through the Hakimpet area but there are many auto rickshaws that go through this area and they are pretty frequent. Otherwise you need a private vehicle to move around. Rental price is also pretty okay only in this place. I think for apartment, the rental price is somewhere around rs 8 per sq ft or rs 9/ sq ft. You will get good 2 bhk for 12,000 rupees or so. Hey this is a villa project and they are offering you 3 bhk apartments for sale. This project has around less than 100 units for sale. I dont think they have any other houses other than the 3 bhk houses and this project is being built by the Modi Investors, who are a very reputed group of builders.
The built up area of these villas is around 1400 sq ft to 1600 sq ft. And I think he builders are charging around 37 lakhs to 43 lakhs for the 3 bhk villas, the price per sq ft for the houses is around 2,600 rupees per sq ft, which is the average price for houses in that area.

Yeah, the project is being developed by Madu Infrastructre Pvt Ltd, who have just started out with the building development system, and have an upcoming and a ongoing project in the works, currently. Some really good and well known schools are close to this place, and also the Nallakunta area is right next to Ram Nagar which is known for its famous institutes and coaching centers, and many schools like The Mothers High School, Matrusri School, St, Pious High School, and Kakatiya Techno School are present in here. Hello. I was talking to a known GHMC official who happend to say that some compound wall works were done without consulting any experts which left colonies in Hasan Nagar in a bit of a sticky situation. The corporation then had to destroy a fair bit of things and reconstruct them. Hello. Hi I think both the area is showing good potential but In my suggestion go for sri ram nagar near chirac public school where you get good appreciation and connectivity. It is well connected by Gachibowli or Hitech City with a lot of new development, markets & malls nearby, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Oracle, Amazon & Google all have offices within 2 km of this locality and In-Orbit mall is also within 1.5 km and good schools like Chirec Public School, DPS etc. are also very close by.
