I remember the residents of SBM Colony and Aravindanagar were complaining how improper drainage had forced water to gush into their homes last monsoon. The underground drainage system got blocked it seems. So the dirty sewage water entered houses via toilets. Yeah you are correct. It is in a fantastic location in Yadavagiri. It is basically a set of 3 Floor buildings with less than 100 apartments in all. It is just too sad yaar. That lake was once such a serene location. Blame it on the urbanisation. The feeder canals are no more. They have all been clogged and choked. It is just too sad yaar. KRS Road, connecting Ring Road and Brindavan Gardens has had the worst effect. It is also the most visited and crowded region during Dasara. I always thought that the property prices in Mysore were very affordable. Even today, nothing has changed. In fact, the maximum price per square feet is between 3000 to 3500. Now the present rates stand at Rs 2000 to 3000 / sq feet in prime residential areas. There is a stamp duty involved too I suppose. Like in any other property deal document. The duty will however vary depending on the intention of the trust author, and on the other parameters involved in the document. I totally dont agree with you...some years ago, there was only two lane. That was converted into four lanes. They said that the travel time will becomes lesser. but, did it become less? no. So, converting the four lane into six lanes will only be like the previous time. not much difference will be there. but, as MGP says, making a flyover that bypasses the towns like Mandya, Maddur, Channapatana, Ramanagara, Biddadi and Kengeri would be a good choice.I totally dont agree with you...some years ago, there was only two lane. But, now the situation of this place is cery pathetic because of dumping more waste than it can handle. Oh, I heard that the authorities are providing their phone numbers to the property owners. this is intended to provide some more comfort for the owners in tax payment. If the owners are not able to visit the Mysore City Corporation zonal office, then they can give the authorities a call and they will come to their doorsteps to collect the tax!! yeah..i agree with you. The land acquisition as well as the meagre compensation is a major worry for the affected farmers in the area. The farmers are raising their concern that why this development is going on only in their highly fertile agricultural land. Yeah, it seems to be highly priced. the price of a 2 bhk flat starts from 51 lakhs to 58 lakhs and for a 3 bhk, it is 64.72 lakhs to 68.92 lakhs. but, there would be more facilities provided there. that is why, the price is so high.
true, the apartment has good amenities and facilities. I came to know from one of my friends that it has a beautiful garden, play area for children, a club house, wifi facility, a community hall and a sewage treatment plant.

Ok I think this has the potential to be a good investment venture. The DB Halli school is the nearest academic place to Bilikere. Few more schools are there around Elivala, but for that you'll have to travel a short distance down the Hunsur Road. Hello, yes the issue has finally received some positive developments. The dispute over the 300 feet stretch of land was preventing the completion of the NICE ring road connecting Bengalure to Mysore. Hey Vidyaranyapuram it has some really good social infrastructure and I think it is a good idea to move in here. The famous Karnataka Silk Factory has it facility in here only. Hey, there are some good hospitals that you can find here. The MRC Hospital is one of the good hospitals in this area. There you can find the AV Hospital, Sumith Kids Care Clinic, Sushruth Ayurvedalaya, Mysore Institute of Mental health, Mahalakshmi Clinic, etc near to the locality. So, you can definitely say that the health infrastructure of this area is quite good here.
By the way the Melody World Wax museum is in this locality. In this locality, most of the properties that you see here are individual homes and villas. But, in the nearby localities you can find some good apartments like the Kingsdale Apartment, AT&S India Guest House etc.

I think the commercial sector of this place is quite good. The residents have access to most amenities and facilities. There are good shops as well as markets here. yeah..i agree that it is a very good locality to live in. The Chaduranga Road is located near to the area making the connecctivity to different parts of the city very easy. There is a serious lack of proper healthcare services here, thats all I want to tell you for now. As of now, there is only the WE Care hospital which is basically run by an NGO over here. But actually since the Hunsur road is right there it makes the travelling damn easy to any other hospital. The area has a good social infrastructure in this region. You can see that there the government higher primary school, government high school, angan vadi centre, Kendriya Vidyalaya, JSS Public School, Mysore Central School etc are located near to this locality.
See, the area also has a good health infrastructure. There are so many good hospitals near to this region. Some of them I would like to point out are Sompura Basappa Hospital, Cauvery hospital, Dr. Poorna's Wellness centre, Shushruth Ayurvedalaya, AV Hospital etc.
