How can Mr Ramesh sell this NS Elite property when its a JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTY?
Q: Hello Buyers, Pls note that this NS Elite TF 1 , 4th floor property is NOT A FREEHOLD. Its JOINTLY OWNED and the co-owner is not at all willing to agree to this misleading advertisement. Kindly note any buyers to this property will be doing the same at OWN RISK.

Latest Answer: This is in particular to the TF 1 of A Block and not to all appartments in the NS Elite property. Kindly note the same. All other flats can be contacted to their owners for any deals advertised.
