How can Mr Ramesh sell this NS Elite property when its a JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTY?
Q: Hello Buyers, Pls note that this NS Elite TF 1 , 4th floor property is NOT A FREEHOLD. Its JOINTLY OWNED and the co-owner is not at all willing to agree to this misleading advertisement. Kindly note any buyers to this property will be doing the same at OWN RISK.

This is in particular to the TF 1 of A Block and not to all appartments in the NS Elite property. Kindly note the same.
