I am planning to purchase a flat in Gina Shalom. Marketing person claims that kaveri water provision already provided and flats are getting water also. Can any one knows about that? I am so surprised to see two common walls for every block except corner flats. Most of the A tier builders provide with the only one common wall. Hi , I am planning to book a flat here. I am worrying about the lake and drainage. Have any one consultant local people go get the info about the lake smelling, lake condition(As per report, this lake is highly polluted), lake maintenance. I have noticed open drainage is very close to this project. but it wad dried. So, i am bit worrying. Can any one help me about the real picture of the localityHi , I am planning to book a flat here. Hi rakesh, thanks for the quick respone. Builder told that they are already getting cauvery water. I am really surprised. I have visited lot of projects and every builder says that cauvery provision provided and water u get when bbmp laying pipes and giving connection to us. So I want to double check that is that true.
