Many may say "oh my that area has cows, but trust me seeing 1-2 cows is way better than a jammed road filled with honking". Another important point I would like to add is Asset Placid is a haven for the Mallu community (like mine :D ). I am not sure if I have to refer to my neighbors as friends or family. The unity found in this apartment campus is mind blowing. Now, coming to the builder, I would say, do not go by hearsay. Today, every one pays bloggers to write good and bad reviews about any builder be it Prestige, Mantri, or Asset for that matter. As per my experience, we did have a few small problems but the builder was always there for helping us. There is a lot of development happening in this area and finding an apt in Asset Placid in the next few years will be close to impossible. If you find a resale apartment, just dont miss the opportunity, as this particular road (Chandapura-Dommasandra road) is in its transformation stage and picking an apartment tomorrow for the pricing that it is available today will be close to impossible. If you are really looking for investment purposes then try the Chandapura-Dommasandra road (off Sarjapur Road) instead. This place is ideal for staying or investment and the rates psqft have gone up from 1000/- to Rs.4000/- psqft today. Infact, Nambiar projects - Bellezia is selling at Rs.8000 plus psqft. This road has good potential for growth and is close to all major places, has less traffic and many upcoming projects. Five years from now, the Chandapura-Dommasandra road will be transformed to its best and picking up even a 1BHK on this road will be close to impossible.
