Hi Bhutan, It is obvious that when you will decide of buying a property, you have to go through many obstacles. One of them is finance. It is like most common but major problem for all. There will be many doubts or questions strike your mind when you will think of a certain budget. Most first-time buyers see the financial aspect of the transaction as more nerve-wracking than enjoyable.
As per my knowledge, Need , Desire & Demand, the most basic things, you should consider about. What is your need?It will cover configuration(BHK), purpose. Desire means your capability to buy the property. Demand means which locality will suite you & what are the facilities you want as per your budget.

Q: For past 3 weeks or more i am following up with Mr.Amit.Parmar , Sneha Pabale, Jyoti Singh. have send multiple reminders ,asking for date of possession of our flats , non of the above has reverted. we are having a very very difficult time deal with Xrbia staff , from the time we have purchased the houses in May 2016. our email communication in this regs runs into 100s of pages . can you pls advice how do we escalate our grievances to Xrbia management. pls help us .. sorry for having invested in Xrbia. Hi Clifford, Did you buy a under construction property with Xrbia? What is the date of possession mentioned in agreement? If your possession is Xrbia a legal notice and ask for possession of your flat with compensation. Thanks...
Hi Clifford, You can not make complain against the builder as the date of possession is December 2017. So, you have to wait till the possession. But for more information, you can contact their customer care executive or sales guy and ask for the latest update on your property.

Hi Liza, I visited the project site. It looks quite good and has access to all the parts of the Bangalore via KSRTC buses and Metro Rail. Vajram Tiara, Yelahanka, Bangalore is a KNRERA approved and its registration number is PR-KN-170729-000144. As far as local body is concerned, BDA and BESCOM have approved it and all the leading nationalize banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, SBI and Axis Banks are offering loan for it.
