Latest Answer: adibatla,in my opinion,is a big hype.every builder has a layout to sell.even if the area develops,there would be anytime more sellers than buyers.last two years the prices have fallen rather going up.shamshabad is expensive,hardly any hmda layout worth looking at which is reasonably priced.srisailam highway is cheap but no serious triggers worth looking at.manikonda is all controversial layouts,except two layouts which are huda quoting 40k/s yd.kukatpally is already developed,no chance of getting anything low priced.nizampet all sold out,except you want to go out of the outer ring road.uppal is ok but never develops.last 10 years the prices have hardly moved.but i have found some interesting layouts,one or two,which are low priced and have a long time trigger for development.but qulaity doesnt come cheap.no.
