Hi, Please advice for purchase and investment in a flat/villa around bachupally,nagole ect places which are not too far from airport and which do not have water problems! Budget is upto 45-50 lakhs.
Please advice what other areas are good to look at.Miyapur kondapur,hitech city seems to be very costly at the moment.

One of the best locality of Hyderabad that has recently gained popularity is Kukatpally. And the prices here are affordable compared to HITEC City area. It is the best option to be in the vicinity. The area has large green spaces is 15 min away from HITEC City. Most of the prominent developers such as Mahindra, Cybercity, Aparna etc. are developing their premium projects. You can look at that area.

If you are only looking for price appreciation and rental market then I consider you must invest in Begumpet vicinity. Begumpet has recently been in the news as the Telangana government has set its eyes on the 700-acre Begumpet airport. I am quite sure that price in this area will be double in next 5 yrs.
