Q: property registered in jan 2015. Do I need to pay property tax for 2014-2015 as well or just for 2015-2016. I heard that the builder has not paid tax for 2014-2015. Please advise if I have to pay for earlier year as well.
Latest Answer: Hi Manohar, As far as I know it is the builder who hae to pay the property tax for the financial year 2014 - 2015 and you have to pay for 2015-2016. I would advice you to take suggestions from your legal expert before paying the property tax.

Q: Hi, I am planning to rent an apartment in this society. One of my friends has told me that this locality is having major water issues. Is it true? Is it troubling the normal life in the apartment?
Latest Answer: The answer to your question is both yes and no. Yes there is a water problem in the area but things have improved from the last couple of years. No the water shortage does not trouble the normal life in the apartment but there can be times when the low pressure of water supply can be a cause for concern. The RWA of Suncity is planning to fix accountability in stopping water wastage and is likely to follow other societies by offering time zones for car washing, landscaping and gardening and allied activities.

Latest Answer: Other well known schools close to Suncity include The International School Bangalore (TISB), Primus Public School, Prakriya Green Wisdom School. Furthermore Inventure Academy and Greenwood High are also good institutes. For preschool options for your daughter, you can choose from May Flower Nursery school and Shemrock Tinkerbells. Both these are also located between 1 to 2 Kms from Suncity and are reputed institutes providing excellent facilities.

Latest Answer: To sell an under construction property Kindly check your sales agreement with the buyer. Usually builder charges money like 50 thousand or Rs 100 per sq ft if the property is not registered. Thank you

Latest Answer: Would advise against coming to SunCity. Lots of issues....water problem (only 8 hrs a day), bad roads which raise a lot of dust, lifts do not work.

Q: However, during my research online, i found that the residents association has been facing a lot of problems with the builder, like illegal usage of the property, Builder not not delivering on the amenities promised etc etc. Unfortunately, there are no upto date reports on those issues. Can anyone shed some light on their status as of now? Thanks.
