Q:I'm relocating to Kukatpally in Hyderabad and was wondering if I would face difficulty getting to work everyday because of the broken roads and potholes in the area?
Q:What sort of locality is Kukatpally? Is it clean and safe with minimum number of civic issues? And is the hitech flyover still creating traffic problems?
Latest Answer: I actually wouldn't choose to live in Kukatpally. Only because I prefer a more quiet environment. There are just soo many people there! The streets are always crowded. But that's also a good thing if you're looking at safety. Even at 3 and 4 in the morning you'll find a number of cars on the road all heading to different destinations. The place definitely has some charm about it that attracts so many people to live there. And I've got to admit, infrastructure is also very good. I'm proud that Hyderabad has so many well developed localities like Gachibowli, Hitech city, Miyapur and Kukatpally. But there are other residential localities in Hyd that I think make for a better investment like Shadnagar and Kondapur. But then again, most of these places now all have the same level of development so..that's that.
