Q: I am in USA now and planning to stay here in USA for another 3/4 years. Right now I am planning to buy a property in Hyderabad or in Andhra side.My budget is 1cr and I am okay to buy a property with future pocession dates like after 2/3 years. But I am confused / in dilemma to put that much investment in Hyderabad right now ? Because of below 2 reasons..
1. Can we expect a better growth in Andhara side in another 4/5 years (I mean to ask development in Andhra affects the prices of real estate in Hyderabad) ?
2. If I change my plans to come back to India after 4 years.. Can I expect better growth for my property (to sell it off) ?

Q: How is the water supply situation in Hills Colony?
Latest Answer: Hey, I agree that the water supply conditions in and around Hills Colony gets pretty bad, especially during summer. But I think the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is digging up more borewells to improve the water condition. They have decided to dig up more borewells in empty government lands and connect the water supply to these areas through pipelines. The number of tankers with water is also supposed to increase this summer

Q: I have been working in an IT company in Gachibowli for some years now. Planning to settle in Hyderabad itself with my family. I’m considering buying a property around which is convenient to commute to my office. Can you suggest a good locality for me? I was thinking of Manikonda. Thanks in advance.
Latest Answer: Also whatever water we get is pretty unhygienic. Many times we get very dirty and polluted water. We have to be careful with the water we drink and even though this is supposed to come from Osman Sagar, its still no good. Not enough and poor quality.
