Q:I considering buying an aparment nearby BRC Infra ,along the Puppalaguda- Narsingi Road. There are mutiple Gate Community projects coming up in this area from bulders like EIPL (Aryamitra),Hallmark and Greenspace etc. Considering the road work going on which connects this area besides Myhome Avatar (1.5 kms) what would you think the reasonable Rate per sft for a gated community in this area considering the handover date will be after 2.5 years. Also ,the Road work is currently being done at BRC Infra and do any one have any information if the land for the Road till Myhome Avatar is already aquired?
