15 city plans need to be established by end of October
City development plans for about 15 urban areas in the state is about to be prepared by the state government by the month of October this year itself. Real estate developers are really anticipating that this plan would definitely boost growth within the housing sector which would help the real estate market progress significantly.
The director, Sanjib Mishra has gone ahead and mentioned that the urban local bodies who are concerned in this matter will have to finish off with all the agreements as soon as possible. After this, a report should be given up to the government. The basic idea in mind is to make the CDPs advance so that it won’t be hard to bring to focus all the cases of individual cities.
Several reliable sources of the government have also mentioned that state government would like to finish it off as soon as possible. What they would like to keep in mind at the moment is that the new government has proposed for the establishment of a new scheme under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission. Announcements will also be made for the establishment of 100 cities all across the country.
