20 percent apartments in Gurgaon are unoccupied

According to census 2011, it is analyzed that one fifth of apartments in Gurgaon are lying vacant. Those apartments might be sold to different buyers, but no one live there.

This situation arises as few people bought multiple apartments as investment.

According to different experts, the extent of vacant properties indicates the worth of the real state sector in Gurgaon region.

The situation also showcase that the investors are holding the apartments in hope that price will further go up in near future.

The real estate analysts also warned about inflow of black money into property market.
