35000 apartments left unsold in Mumbai!
The rates of properties in Mumbai is increasing along with increase in home loan rates.
The real estate sector in Mumbai city is alarming with the increase in number of unsold apartments in Mumbai.
According to the recent report by real estate research firm, Liases Foras Mumbai has more than 35,000 units of flats and apartments kept unsold.
Also, it said that the number of unsold flats four months ago was about 33,600 units and now it is showing a rapid rise in number!
However, another major source revealed saying that there are approximately 1.13 lakh unsold apartments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) including localities of Mumbai.
