44 toll plazas to be shut down by the Maharashtra government
On the 9th of June at the city of Mumbai, the Maharashtra government in order to move one of the important and significant movements of the Assembly poles has recently come a conclusion that it will to shut down 44 tolls out of 166 toll plazas in the whole state of Maharashtra. This piece of information was announced this week on Monday itself.
The one responsible for making this vital declaration was the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mister Ajit Pawar. It was delivered on the floor of the Legislative Assembly itself.
In his declaration, he mentioned that there are around 34 plazas set up by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and other ten plazas established by the Public Works Department (PDW) which will be shut down very soon.
The corporators who were in charge of operating the toll plazas have been charged with a compensation of large chunks of indivisible money. This vital piece of news was given away by the State Finance Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Pawar himself.
