48,000 yard plot bought by the city builders for Rupees 368 crore
A yard of about 4,800 square was sold by Charity Commissioner of Ahmedabad at an expensive amount. This plot was owned by Ahmedabad Panjrapole Sansthan. This cost of this plot was Rupees 368 crore. This was an attempt to increase the city’s realty market. The deal had been signed by Essam Infra which happens to be a subsidiary group of the Arohi Group.
The location of the plot would be near Surdhara Circle which is right opposite Sun N Step club. This one is found in Memnagar. At the moment, there are over a thousand flats along with a mall in this area.
According to the information given by reliable sources, the trustees belonging to Ahmedabad Panjrapole have decided to display an advertisement so that the land can be sold. The price of the land would be at the same amount it was sold by the Charity Commissioner of Ahmedabad. This has been done with the help of the charity commissioner. Ashok Gandhi, who happens to be one of the valuable trustees of Ahmedabad Panjrapole has mentioned recently that there were a couple of bids who were sent invitations to but out of all of them, there was just one builder who had shown some specific eager and interest.
