5 percent income distributed by India Realty Fund-I
Azure Capital, a private equity name in the market manages India Realty Fund-I ( IRF-I), and the private player now has announced profit distribution for the second time, which it has earned by scope of Fund May 18, says a source. Fund May 18 has five percent of its income distributed too, this would be around ten percent in total and up till now in the last two months, if records are to be checked.
Very few real estate PE funds in the nation would be able to do so, and especially when the final closure date is within two and a half years, and India Realty Fund-I ( IRF-I) is notably a few of them involved, says experts.
At the moment, Azure Capital is being led by a former official of SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), Sanjay Chandel. Sources say, India Realty Fund-I ( IRF-I) now has its eyes on the real estate markets, especially down south and in the west where there are scopes for high growth and development, since residential space is in high demand.
