Garbage dump site to be covered with wire meshes

India today is facing lack of proper plan and system to maintain garbage in almost all the cities.
Similar is the case at Surat, wherein the garbage dumping sites are constructed long time ago. The garbage heap now is overflowing resulting in the city untidy.
To control the overflow of the garbage, a civil engineer from Surat has come up with a workable solution of fencing a wire mesh around the garbage site to bear any amount of them dumped.
