Buyers tussle and builders dissapear
Noida-Rather than preparing for their house warming ceremony, a large number of home buyers in Noida extension, who had booked their flats prior to the controversy related to the sale of land in the area are now struggling to sort it out with the developers as they are at a risk of losing their property.
Buyers have stated that the developers are using all available options to ensure that the original set of buyers are divested of their flats, which can then be resold at a higher rate.
Home buyers, who expected their flats by the end of December 2012 are now running around to ensure that the developers do not cancel their allotments. Home owners are having a hard time as they state that the developers are trying various tactics to cancel their allotments and that they in fact blackmail them that their rude behaviour can cancel their allotments. Few firms which have been complained against are Paramount, Palm Olympics, Supertech, Devika Builders and Earth Infrastructure.
