150 luxury houses sold in 2 days!
Tata Group’s realty firm Tata Housing Development Company Ltd has sold 150 luxury houses in just two days after its launch at Gurgaon for Rs 350 crores.
The company said that they have sold the entire second phase of the project “Primanti” comprises of 150 apartments spread across 4,50,000 sq ft for Rs 350 crore.
TATA Primanti offers 89 executive apartments, 102 villas, 75 executive floors and 828 tower residences. The price of the units ranges from Rs 2-3 crores.
Tata Housing is a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd which has 60 million square feet of land in which they are planning to construct residential complexes and an additional of 19 million square feet is in the pipeline. Tata Sons holds 99.78 per cent stake in the company.
The company has successfully completed many projects in cities such as Talegaon, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Goa, Lonavala, Gurgaon, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru.
