Tata Housing increases price by 26%

Although inventory stock is pressing the prices to go down across the country, Tata Housing has increased prices of its residential spaces by 26 per cent in five months.

Tata Housing Development Co Ltd and Arvind Real Estate jointly launched first phase of their township in March, 2012 where they sold 1,090 units at saleable price of Rs1,950 per sq ft.

The venture launched their second phase on Wednesday and aims to sell about 740 units at Rs2,450 per sq ft – a hike of 26 per cent in prices.

The project – ‘New Haven Compact’, phase II of the 135-acre integrated sustainable township provides mid-range affordable housing in western Ahmedabad.
