Buyers from Noida Extension threaten to launch a protest
Noida- The Greater Noida West developers are continuously in trouble with unending woes. Apart from just the farmers demanding their compensation for their developed plots, the buyers as well are contributing to it by threatening to stage a protest on January 20.
Thousands of agitated home buyers were present outside the Supertech office in Sector 58 to pour their grievances.
There were a large number of buyers who threatened a protest and raised slogans against the Noida developer. The situation was handled by a hand full of policemen to avoid the issue from becoming a law and order controversy followed by the buyer’s agitation suspension.
As per a home buyer who has booked a flat in Supertech’s housing project in Greater Noida West, the developer’s staff has been misbehaving after acquiring the booking from the buyer. The developer has even hired bouncers to deal with the home buyer. The buyers are asked to discuss their issues individually and are ill treated and threatened once they approach the staff.
The buyers have however planned to stage a protest on January 20 and have also requested other developers to join them in their protest against the developer.
The protest will be held against the developers who have cancelled the buyer’s old bookings as it is illegal. It is really disheartening for a buyer who has his booking cancelled after investing his hard earned money.
Another buyers states that the developers are also charging interest rates with unwarranted and unjustified proofs. The agitation protest will be staged at the site of all the developers who have handed over their projects to others. The buyers will also protest at their corporate offices.
Owing to all these issues, the developers are quite panicked and are finding it complicated to deliver their projects on time due to the following protests.
