Residents of Artillery Road tells BBMP to stop garbage segragation. Every day the residents of this area find the BBMP people dumping garbage and segregating them. In the morning the BBMP people are seen segregating the garbage and in the evening the area is seen completely filled with garbage.
Residents at Artillery Road are in constant fear of epidemic at a time when dengue and other infectious diseases are widespread in the city. Other BBMP officials said that it is the process of collecting and cleaning the garbage. They collect garbage from door to door and then dump it in a vacant or government area. Then the garbage is collected in autos or vans.
The stench from the rotting garbage is unbearable for the residents as well as for the pedestrians. The residents have been facing this problem for a long time.
