Parking facility on rotation basis
If you are a resident belonging to areas like; Malabar Hill, Marine Drive, Peddar Road or Napeansea Road in Mumbai get ready to bag your chance for availing parking facilities in your locality.
The fed up Birhanmmbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has now stared providing parking spaces for residents either on rotation basis or through queue facilities.
In South Mumbai people have shown dis-interest towards buying property due to lack of parking facility. Buildings in South Mumbai are built during 1960s and 1970s when parking was not a main concern.
However, now that every occupant has at least two to three cars, parking facility has become a must. To control the situation in the residential localities, housing societies have started providing parking facility immediately.
