A new villa project launched by the Puravankara Projects
On the 17th of June 2014, there was an announcement made on behalf of the Puravankara Projects. It is their final decision to begin construction of a villa which would take up about 20 acres. The project is quite expensive and large chunks of money will be invested into this. Named as the “Sound of Water”, this will be located at Bannerghatta found in the city of Bangalore. The announcement was made on Tuesday itself.
Reliable sources have mentioned that a total of 209 villas shall be constructed. They are all going to be in different sizes; starting from 3009 square feet to 4,723 feet. Being very close to the Bangalore and Mysore infrastructure corridor, this is one of the best projects seen so far. When this announcement was made, there was quite a lot of reaction noticed. The shares of the Puravankara Projects jumped high on the NSE indeed. A difference of about 7.85% was seen. This totally proved how powerful and popular the project would be once the construction has been completed.
