Advance India Projects to invest in premium housing
Within the next 3-4 years, Advance India Project will invest Rs 600 crore to build 600 premium residential units in Gurgaon.
According to Executive Director of Advance India Projects Ltd (AIPL) Sanjay Sachdeva, they have estimated a budget of Rs 600 which is specifically kept for the development of the new project “The Peaceful Homes”
The Peaceful Homes is offering 2, 3 and 4-BHK apartments along with penthouses with sizes varying between 1,565 sq ft and 2,925 sq ft. The apartments are priced between Rs 1.3 crore and Rs 2.5 crore. The total land acquired for this project is about 16 acres and the project will be completed within the next 3-4 years.
The initial financing will be done through the cash flows in, from apartment sales to the customers. Even the builder will assist the customers to tie up with the banks for this project.
AIPL Group is looking forward to bring in best-in-class feature sets to the project which will set it apart from other development projects in its category. They are developing residential property to provide a vista of peaceful living to the consumers.
They are also offering various amenities like club facilities, library and reading room, aerobics, gymnasium and yoga centre, health facilities and different sporting areas.
