The demand for residential space is soaring in areas like South Bopal, Bodakdev, Vastrapur, Nicol, Nava Naroda and New Ranip. Apart from the residential spaces, many Indian and international players are willing to open operations in the industrial areas like Sanand and DMIC.
Add to all these, the pipelined industrial corridors plans for high-speed rail connectivity between Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune, along with the Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway, makes Ahmedabad one of the most exciting prospects for realty sector.
