Airport land deal to be gained over by the villagers
The resolution of the new government which outlines the recent model of compensation as well as the positive response of the villagers lately has been decided to give a fillip to the City and Industrial Development Corporation, also known as CIDCO’s land transfer process for the international airport project which costs a lot of money.
Sanjay Bhatia who happens to be the MD of CIDCO has told the media this Thursday itself that most of the villagers are interested in the process of land acquisition. Bhatia however has also mentioned that Koi village hasn’t given its consent yet although they are hoping that it wouldn’t take long to make them consent.
This Thursday there were quite a number of villagers from Varsheovale who consented to take part in a survey which would analyze their houses for the recent package named relief and rehabilitation.
According to CIDCO, 23rd July has been considered the deadline for the submission of all consent letters so that land can be developed at Pushpak Nagar.
It was only last week when the GR had come up with all details of the land acquisition. All of this was added to the model of airport land compensation. This happened for the first time itself.
