Amendment of CDP 2015 by BDA on the cards
Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is planning to come up with an amendment of Comprehensive Development Plan 2015 (CDP) for the residents’ security.
This came into light after the recent High Court’s order to stop commercial activity in residential living spaces.
The amendment will contain specifications like all commercial activity done on ancillary land will be ceased and luxury for an owner to build upto 20% more on total built up area will also be restricted.
This proposed amendment will help curb all the illegal activities happening on residential land.
As per report, the ancillary land use has been exploited by the land owners and this amendment can show them the correct law.
