Apartment Residents in Khar Mumbai wage fights for Parking Spaces

Apartment environment becomes chaotic with limited parking spaces in them. Same scenario has occurred at studio apartment in Khar, Mumbai city wherein the resident Artem Kumar, reports saying that from past six months he has been rented in a studio apartment and since then he claims to be fighting with the managing committee and also housing society for parking space. Meanwhile the housing committee wants the resident to pay Rs. 700 every month for parking his vehicle in the apartment premises. He added on saying that the managing committee has been implementing their regulations and everyday harassing is also happening in the apartment.

However this is not the only case, there are many other residents who are staying in the apartments are facing the similar woe in Mumbai city. Also Wahid Ahmed, a real estate agent with Spaces Property Consultants in Juhu reported saying that parking is the main cause to grown in conflict between the residents and the apartment managing committee. The agreeable fact is that there is very less space left over in the city especially for the apartments to provide sufficient parking for the residents. There are also cases wherein the residents have ended up paying Rs. 1 lakh for parking spaces to their flat owners. Parking chaos will never end up, as there is increase in number of vehicles and shortage of parking spaces for them. However the residents are now claiming of their right being denied and are ahead to book legal cases against such cases.
