Locality is the most important thing while renting a property. Industrial or commercial renting :
For industrial purposes, a rental property must be close to warehouses, to cut transportation cost and basic facilities like hospital, if in case of any accidents in the industry. Industrial property must not be located in a residential area. Having an industry in a residential area requires a special permit from the government and would cause serious concerns among the residential crowd. This would result in frequent complaints. It is a good option to avoid residential areas for setting up industries. Commercial renting is done for family functions and other such one-two day events. Plots are rented out for musical concerts, exhibitions and high end wedding functions. Most of the overseas artists who come to India perform at the palace grounds in Bangalore and the place is in demand for rentals and has been in demand for a long time now. It’s proximity to the airport and railway station has proved very helpful in this matter.

While commercial and industrial spaces look out for connectivity, residential places are rented based on security. The area’s proximity to amenities like supermarkets, schools, hospitals, religious places etc. is the main concern in this case because many do not mind adding on an extra mile in their private vehicles when the renting property is worth and has easy access to nearby proximity. Many denizens, who are able to afford it, tend to rent vintage properties with swimming pools and other luxury amenities for weekend getaways and private parties. Here, again security is a major concern but once the tenant knows that the property is trust worthy and provides many luxurious facilities, they are ready to make their own security arrangements.
Service apartments:
There is an increasing demand for service apartments at major metros these days. People who frequently travel prefer staying at service apartments due to the homely feel it carries within. Many also rent service apartments to host mini private parties and get away from the eagle eyed party shutting cops.
Location is the key to renting a property. Be it the owner or the tenant, investing on a property with good connectivity and easy access to basic amenities will go a long way in helping in a good owner-tenant relationship.
