ASK Property raises Rs 1000 crore to invest in projects

A fund of Rs 1000 crore has been raised by ASK Property Investment Advisors to invest in Indian projects.

The cities chosen for investment purpose are Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.

The main focus of the group is only on residential projects.

Half of the fund, i.e, Rs 500 crore had been raised by June 2011 itself.

This is the company’s second fund, first fund being raised upto Rs 340 crore in 2009.
