ASV started construction of residential property in Chennai
Alexandria, a four tower residential project, will provide 374 luxurious apartments in Chennai.
The project is constructed by ASV Constructions. The majority of the real estate projects constructed by them are into IT Parks and Commercial buildings.
The project location is close to the Sholinganallur junction over an area of six acres.
The super luxury residential enclave Alexandria will be constructed for the upmarket segment of people, who seek sheer luxury.
Recreational facilities such as club house, gym, aerobic hall, badminton and multipurpose courts, swimming pool and jacuzzi, steam and sauna bath, squash courts, virtual golf court, tennis court, cricket net, foot reflexology and other facilities will be included in service apartments.
The total cost of the project is estimated at around Rs 300 crore.
