Balewadi inching up on Pune’s real estate map
The Pune realty map has been witnessing a steady notch up in property values in Balewadi, which is located in close proximity to the Hinjewadi IT Park along the Mumbai-Pune Highway.
The increase in the property values in Balewadi over the last one year is apparently an upshot of the fact that the affordability factor, as well as the potential conversion of the area into an IT hub in the near future.
The apparent increase in the property values in the Balewadi area are apparent from the figures shared by India’s one of property portal website. The figures reveal that there has been a nearly 13 percent appreciation in property values in Balewadi in the last one year; and 32 percent appreciation in the last two years.
An increasing number of investors have been showing keenness to invest in the Balewadi location, with the hope of profitable returns in the future, because of the fact that the Cummins IT Park has been conceptualised in the area.
Noting that “the advent of Cummins IT Park has played a major role in giving a thrust to Balewadi realty market,” Prociti.com’s Kishan Agarwal said: “It is one of Asia’s biggest IT Park and is expected to serve as a workplace for over 25,000 professionals.”
