Bangalore: Salarpuria Sattva launches ‘Luxuria’ residential project
A new luxury residential project has been launched in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, by reputed developer Salarpuria Sattva. The plush residential project is aptly called ‘Luxuria.’
At its newly-launched Luxuria residential project, Salarpuria Sattva will offer a total of 197 magnificent residential units, which will be equipped with top-notch amenities and contemporary fittings and fixtures.
The Luxuria project will come up on a 4-acre land area; with the ultra-luxurious residential units to comprise a splendid array of 3BHK and 4BHK apartments, as well as a few penthouses. The size of the apartments and the penthouses will range between 2,215 sq ft and 4,665 sq ft; and the cost of the units will range from Rs 2.84 crore to Rs 3.93 crore.
