BBMP’s work traced by CAG!
The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in Bangalore city has revealed namma BBMP’s report on drain works.
The work codes of BBMP officials is finally out and it comes as a surprise for the citizens of Bangalore.
Even the civic works and drain works being carried out in the city has been fool proofed by the corrupted civic officials.
Every civic worker has been given unique work codes for single project. However, it has been learnt that the civic officials are using a single code for multiple civic works.
Also, it has been traced out that around 619 workers have faked the civic works costing Rs 150 crore. Without even using codes, the civic officials have faked the work for multiple BBMP contracts.
