BCIL offers “grid free” Homes

Biodiversity Conservation India Ltd (BCIL) is a Bangalore based real-estate developer has offered the concept of “grid free” homes for the residents who are ahead to buy new house in near future wherein they have come forward with a new idea of providing electricity, self generated without depending on the state electricity grid. Mr Chandrashekar Hariharan, Chief Executive Officer, BCIL reported saying, their company has already provided enough energy efficient systems in their earlier projects and for now they would also be looking forward at on site green power generation also added that they would pave way for energy efficient buildings.

The company is looking forward to use multi-crystalline and poly-crystalline solar panels to increase efficiency of the power generation in their projects. Also a bio-diesel or ethanol-based fuel cell energy source is said to be used for this project. The company hopes to achieve the best to content their customer’s in house construction.
